Yahuah's Kingdom Foundation

Yahuah’s plan, as laid out in Scripture, centers around building a Kingdom based on righteousness, faith, and obedience. At the heart of this Kingdom is Yahusha, the Messiah, the cornerstone rejected by many but chosen by Yahuah to bring together the spiritual foundation. Yahusha serves as the cornerstone, the apostles as the foundation stones, the Israelites as essential building blocks within the structure itself, and the Gentiles are graciously included through faith into this building or Kingdom.

Yahusha: The Rejected Cornerstone

In ancient times, the cornerstone was vital to the stability of a structure. Psalm 118:22 says, "The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone." This prophecy is fulfilled in Yahusha, who was rejected by His people but chosen by Yahuah as the foundation of His Kingdom. As Ephesians 2:20 explains, the Kingdom is “built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Messiah Yahusha as the chief cornerstone.” Yahusha’s life, death, and resurrection form the foundation for this eternal Kingdom.

Abraham, the father of faith, looked forward to this Kingdom. As Hebrews 11:10 says, "For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is Yah." This verse reflects the belief that Yahuah’s Kingdom is not built by human hands but by His divine will, with Yahusha as the cornerstone.

The Apostles: The Foundation of the Kingdom

The apostles, through their teachings and sacrifices, laid the groundwork for the early assembly of believers. Revelation 21:14 describes the New Jerusalem as having "twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb." Their commitment to spreading Yahusha’s message helped build the spiritual structure of Yahuah’s Kingdom.

The Israelites: Essential Building Blocks

The Israelites are depicted as living stones in Yahuah’s Kingdom. Revelation 21:12 speaks of the twelve gates of the New Jerusalem, each named after the twelve tribes of Israel, symbolizing their importance in Yahuah’s plan. As the first to receive Yahuah’s covenants, laws, and promises, their role in the Kingdom is central to the unfolding of salvation history.

Gentiles: Citizens Through Faith and the Obligation to Israel

While the Kingdom is rooted in Israel, Gentiles are welcomed into it through faith. As Ephesians 2:19 declares, “You are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with Yahuah’s people and members of His household.” This inclusion emphasizes that the Gentiles are grafted into Yahuah’s plan, with the Israelites remaining at the core of the Kingdom’s structure.

In Romans 15:25-27, Paul highlights that the Gentiles owe the Israelites because they have benefited from them spiritually. Since the Gentiles have shared in Israel's spiritual blessings, they are obligated to share their material blessings with them. Paul writes, “For if the Gentiles have shared in the Israelites’ spiritual blessings, they owe it to the Israelites to share with them their material blessings.” This underscores the reciprocal relationship between Israel and the Gentiles within Yahuah’s Kingdom.

Israelites’ Role in the Kingdom:

Scripture indicates that the Israelites will serve as kings and priests, ruling over the Gentiles. Isaiah 61:6 says, “You shall be named the priests of Yahuah; men shall call you the ministers of our Elohim.” Moreover, Isaiah 60:12 emphasizes the authority of Israel in the Kingdom: “For the nation and kingdom that will not serve you shall perish; those nations shall be utterly ruined.” This underscores Israel’s central role in Yahuah’s divine order and the consequences for nations that refuse to align with His plan.

The Root Supporting Gentiles:

The Israelites are the root that supports both themselves and the Gentiles. Romans 11:17-18 reminds Gentiles, “Do not boast over those branches. You do not support the root, but the root supports you.” This illustrates that the Gentiles’ place in the Kingdom is built upon the foundation established by Yahuah’s relationship with Israel. The Israelites are the spiritual root from which the Gentiles draw their blessings.

The Ephod Stones: Symbolizing Israel’s Role:

In the Old Testament, the High Priest’s ephod bore twelve stones representing the twelve tribes of Israel (Exodus 28:17-21). These stones are symbolic of the Israelites' foundational role in Yahuah’s Kingdom. Just as the ephod was central to priestly service, the Israelites are key to Yahuah’s spiritual design, with Yahusha as the High Priest uniting all believers—Israelite and Gentile alike.

Conclusion:

Yahuah’s divine plan for His Kingdom intricately connects Yahusha, the apostles, and the Israelites as essential components, while graciously grafting in Gentiles through faith. Recognizing the Israelites' ongoing role in this plan fosters humility and unity among believers. Supersessionism, the belief that the Church replaces Israel, misses the richness of Yahuah’s unchanging promises. Romans 11:1-2 emphasizes that Yahuah has not abandoned His people.

Hebrews 11:10 demonstrates Abraham’s expectation of the eternal city and Kingdom, which Yahuah constructs with Yahusha as the cornerstone. Yahuah’s steadfast promises to Israel, along with the inclusion of Gentiles, reveal His grand design for His Kingdom. Isaiah 60:12 reinforces this by stating, “For the nation and kingdom that will not serve you shall perish...” emphasizing that all nations must align with Yahuah’s established order to partake in His eternal Kingdom.
